FOX11: Nevada Supreme Court to hear arguments over Education Savings Account in July

Oral arguments in two cases involving Nevada’s Education Savings Account program have been scheduled for the end of July.

Nevada’s Supreme Court will hear both cases in Las Vegas on Friday, July 29, according to a spokesman for the state’s appellate courts.

The first oral argument will be Schwartz vs. Lopez, scheduled for 10 a.m., followed by the second, Duncan vs. State, Office of the Treasurer, at 11:30 a.m.

Both cases will have 60 minutes for arguments.
